VIBRATING SCALPER SCREENS

YGE series vibrating scalper screens are grizzly screens with three steps of grizzly bars as standard, they can be produced as single or double decks in different steps depending on the need. These screens are generally used after the primary feeder and before the primary crusher to separate and remove the soil and other fine impurities from the process or to by-pass the fine materials to maximize the capacity when their content is a little high in the fed material. These feeders are supported on the chassis by heavy duty suspension springs and are driven by a couple of external electrical vibrators which their centrifugal forces are adjustable by its adjustable eccentric weights.
